Our Twin over Twin Stairway Bunk Bed with Under Bed Drawers is carefully crafted for timeless style and lasting comfort. Expertly constructed of solid wood, the bed measures 70" high x 104" long x 44.5" wide. Bottom bunk is 11" off the floor. Each bunk comes with a slat roll foundation that is designed for use without a box spring or bunkie board. At MOM'S safety comes first, so all of our bed designs meet or exceed both ASTM and CSPC safety standards. All wood is sanded and sealed with a clean, smooth coating to prevent splinters. Our finishes are child-safe and lead free. Stairway provides easy access to top bunk. Each bunk accommodates a standard twin sized mattress, not included. We bought from Mom's Bunk House, they really are great, small family owned company, took care of us. We had a problem with one of the parts, they got it swapped right out.Anyway, as for the bed itself, we still love it. Very nice overall. We would buy it again, so no problems there. I will say that it took longer than we expected to build, it was an all afternoon project, it does require two people to do it right, and you need a drill, don't try this with just hand tools. The kids love it, again, very happy ---------------------------------- It is cheap furniture... Don't expect high end stuff here, the whole thing is very cheaply made. Don't get me wrong, it isn't particle board, it really is solid wood in most places, enginered wood in others, not a bit of particle board or plywood in sight.
